Rafa Nadal has admitted he would love to become the Real Madrid president.
Mega Madrid fan Nadal is an honorary member of the La Liga giants – and the Blancos even released a statement last year backing Nadal when he was accused of failing a drugs test.
Nadal, who has won 14 major crowns, already has a hand in a Spanish outfit, when he was offered the role of vice president at home island club Mallorca after he threw cash at the club to attempt to help them escape debt.
Madrid have only had 19 presidents in their 115 year history – with current chief Florentino Perez in charge since 2009.
“Of course I’d like to be Real Madrid president,” he told Marca. “You never know what’ll happen in the future.

“Anyhow, we have a great president now and I don’t think Real Madrid will need me.”
Nadal reached his first Grand Slam final since 2014 last month when he was beaten in five-sets by Roger Federer at the Australian Open.
He also announced he would join fellow former champion Andy Murray at Queen’s Club this year for the Aegon Championships.
